Security Deposit :
- We require a deposit on our rental items helps us safeguard against any potential damages or losses, ensuring that the equipment is returned to us in the same condition it was rented out, and providing peace of mind to both parties involved. The deposit value is 30% of the total original price of all items in the cart.
- Security deposit is not debited from your account unless if applicable. The amount is reserved but not immediately debited. After the rental period, the security deposit is released from your bank account unless not eligible or you are charged a fee (see below).
- The deposit will be clearly specified during the rental process and is refundable upon returning the goods in the same condition. We aim to process the refund within 24 hours, but it may take up to 14 working days for the banks to complete the transaction.
Payment Methods:
We currently accept payments through credit cards and PayPal only, while actively working on integrating cash or money transfer options in the near future to offer more flexibility to our valued customers.
Rental Period:
The rental period begins on the agreed-upon delivery date and ends on the scheduled pickup date. The rental period includes both delivery and pickup days.
Delivery and Pickup:
- We will deliver the rented item(s) to the specified address on the agreed-upon delivery date. Please ensure someone is available to receive the items during the designated time slot.
- Delivery will be made to the address provided during the ordering process, with varying times depending on your location. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times; the delivery company will contact you to schedule the delivery process.
- On the scheduled pickup date, our company will pick up the rented item(s) from the specified address during checkout. The items must be accessible and ready for pickup.
- To arrange collection, we will contact you one day prior to your rental end-date for confirmation. Collection from a different address is also possible by specifying an alternative address during the rental request.
Rental Extensions:
If you wish to extend the rental period, please contact us before the scheduled pickup date. Extension requests are subject to availability and must be approved by our company. Additional rental fees may apply for the extended period. The extension will incur charges at the daily rate.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- Please note that once a rental is confirmed, the equipment is no longer available to others. To compensate for this, we have cancellation fees based on the advance notice given.
- If you need to cancel your rental order before the delivery date, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the time of cancellation, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. A cancellation fee may apply.
- Cancellation after shipping: If you cancel the rental after items are shipped, no refunds will be provided for the remaining rental period. Only security deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation 48 hours prior to the order date: If you cancel the rental 48 hours prior to the order date no refunds will be provided for the remaining rental period. Only security deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation after delivery: In the event of a cancellation after delivery, the rental fee will be charged for 3 days from the collection date, and the remaining amount will be refunded at 50%. Same-day collection incurs an additional transport fee.
- Refunds: Refunds, (75% of the total amount paid) if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the same payment method used for the rental booking.
Damaged or Lost Items:
Upon delivery and pickup, please inspect the rented item(s) carefully for any damages. If any damages or failure to return the equipment as per our policy deposit will not be refunded.
Late Fees:
If you fail to return the rented item(s) on the scheduled pickup date without prior approval for an extension, late fees are applied. Late fees consist of a non-refund of the security deposit paid during the checkout process.
Early returns:
For early returns, please inform us of the desired collection date, and we will adjust our schedule accordingly. A partial refund will apply if the new return date is more than 2 days before the original end-date. You will be charged for the actual rental period plus 2 days and receive a 50% refund for the remaining days.
Proper Use and Care:
- You are responsible for using the rented item(s) in a careful and proper manner. Please follow any guidelines or instructions provided by our company for the safe and appropriate use of the item(s).
- While the equipment is in your possession, you are liable for any loss or theft. The rental period commences upon receiving the equipment and ends when it is returned to us.
- Our rental policy pertains to the use of our equipment, primarily designed for infants and toddlers. However, some items require adult supervision. By renting our equipment, you agree to use it safely and in accordance with our provided instructions. It is your responsibility to ensure the child's safety while using the equipment.
